PLUG-AND-PLAY AI FOR LAW FIRMS

Your firm's AI, simplified.

Small monthly fee.
Billed to the case, not the firm.

LexVant plugs into the systems your firm already runs and reads the case the way a senior paralegal would — then drafts, summarizes and cites, every answer tied to the page it came from.

Your data never leaves your firm.

How it works

From a case to a demand letter, with every fact cited to the page.

LexVant’s AI agents read the records already in your case files and hand your attorneys drafts they can check line by line.

  1. 01 / 05

Open a case. The records are already there.

LexVant reads your cases, files and medical records straight from your case management system. It never changes them. No uploading, no re-filing.

    Sample case
  2. 02 / 05

A chronology, cited to the page.

Every treatment date, provider, and finding links back to the exact page it came from. Open any entry to see the source.

    Sample case
  3. 03 / 05

    Medical bills, billed vs. paid.

A medical bills summary — every bill, who paid, what’s still owed. Insurer payments come straight from the EOBs. The exhibit your jurisdiction’s rule calls for — Robinson v. Bates in Ohio — built in minutes.

    Sample case
  4. 04 / 05

    Insights flag what’s missing.

Treatment gaps, records missing from the file, and charges that don’t belong to the injury — surfaced before opposing counsel finds them.

    Sample case
  5. 05 / 05

A demand letter in your firm’s voice.

LexVant learns from the letters your firm has already sent, so the draft reads like your attorneys wrote it. They revise it in place with the source a click away, then export to Word on the firm’s template.

IT ALREADY KNOWS THE CASE

We plug into what you run today. You change nothing.

Wherever your cases live — your case software, SharePoint, a shared drive, a folder on a server — LexVant connects and reads it. No moving files, no re-typing, no new place to put things. Open a case and the AI already has the records, the bills, the correspondence.

Your team signs in with the same login your firm uses today, and sees the cases they can see now. And if you ever leave, nothing is stranded — your files never moved.

WHAT IT DOES

One workspace for the whole case, from first call to settlement.

Not a chatbot bolted onto your inbox. A working surface where the case, your files and the AI sit together — and everything it writes can be traced back to the page it came from.

Case intelligence

Ask the case anything and get an answer cited to the page. Insights surface what's missing — outstanding records, gaps in treatment, deadlines coming due. A firm knowledge channel keeps your firm’s rules and forms one question away.

The demand package

Medical chronology, a medical bills summary, photos and a demand letter written the way your firm writes it. Put together in minutes, reviewed by your attorney. Stop, pick up again and refresh as records arrive.

Documents

Fill any form, edit any document in chat, drop in letterhead and export to Word. Exhibits packages come out bates-stamped. A letter library learns from what your attorneys have already sent.

Your firm’s rules for every letter

Your attorneys set your firm’s rules for each letter — the demand letter, the reduction request, the lien notice. Change them in plain English and every draft follows them from then on.

Any practice area

Built in plaintiff personal injury; runs the same for criminal, family, estate and business cases. Restricted areas keep sensitive cases walled off from the rest of the firm.

Bills, billed vs. paid

A medical bills summary for every case: billed, paid, written off and still owed for each charge. Insurer payments come straight from the EOBs. The specials exhibit your jurisdiction calls for, built in minutes.

AI AGENTS

Work that happens while your team is in court.

Agents run on a schedule, do the repetitive part, and put a review card in front of a person before anything is saved to your case software. You see every field it filled and where the answer came from.

Intake agent

COMING

Reads the crash report and fills in intake twice a day, each field linked to the page it came from. One click to finish.

Caseload agent

COMING

A nightly digest per attorney: statutes running, records still outstanding, cases that have gone quiet.

Lien & reduction

LIVE

Reduction requests drafted from the bills and the settlement; lien notices routed by federal vs. non-federal rules.

Litigation support

COMING

Deposition summaries, initial disclosures and discovery responses in your jurisdiction's format.

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

An AWS account in your firm’s name. We just run it.

LexVant runs in an AWS account in your firm’s name, owned by you and run by us, covered by a signed HIPAA agreement (BAA). Your data never shares a database or a login with another firm — and it never trains anyone's model.

Most legal AI vendors host you inside their cloud. We stand yours up, hand you the keys, and manage it for you.

An AWS account in your firm’s name

Owned by you, run by us. Isolated network, encryption at rest and in transit, keys you control.

HIPAA & BAA

We sign the BAA before LexVant reads a single record. The AI runs under AWS's own BAA.

Full audit trail

Every question, draft and file touch is logged per user and per case. Exportable for counsel or your insurer.

SOC 2 program

Controls are live today; the Type I report is in progress. Ask us for current status.

Same login, same permissions

Everyone signs in with the same login your firm uses today (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace). Who sees which cases follows the permissions you already set.

Nothing stranded on exit

Your files stay where they always were. Unplug and the account, the data and the logs stay yours.

Pricing

Pay per case, not per seat.

Three lines on the invoice. A flat platform fee for everyone in the building. What the AI does on a case, at cost plus a small margin. And a fixed price for each demand letter and bills summary. Nearly all of it is billed to the client.

01 · Platform

One flat monthly fee

Your own system, owned by you, run by us. Hosting, security, and audit logging included. Unlimited users. Medical chronologies included.

  • No seats. Paralegals, attorneys, intake — everyone.
  • No implementation fee.
  • Less than one seat costs elsewhere.

Firm overhead · sized to headcount

02 · AI work

Work on a case — billed to that case

Chat, questions about a case, work on its documents. Billed at what the AI costs us plus a small margin for running it. A statement for each case.

  • Done on a case → the client pays it back at settlement.
  • Chronologies run here — every event cited to the page.
  • Disclosed actual cost, consistent with ABA Formal Opinion 512.

Case cost · billed to the client

03 · Letters & summaries

Demand letters and bill summaries — a fixed price each

Demand letters priced by how complex they are. Medical bills summaries priced per patient. All-in — nothing else billed on top.

  • Demand letter — simple, standard, or complex
  • Medical bills summary — one price per patient
  • First ten demand letters at half price.

Case cost · a case that never needs a demand costs nothing

What your firm actually pays

Everything except the platform fee is a case cost. The client pays it back at settlement, the same way they pay back expert fees and record retrieval. Your real out-of-pocket is a fraction of the invoice — and your clients pay less per case than they do today.

FAQs

Straight answers to what firms ask us first.

Will this work with our case management system?

Yes. LexVant reads from the systems you run today — Litify, Clio, Filevine, SharePoint or OneDrive — and never writes anything back without a person approving it. Most firms are live in about a week.

Is our clients' information safe?

Yes. LexVant runs in your firm's own system, owned by you and run by us, under a signed HIPAA agreement (BAA). Your data never shares a database or a login with another firm, and it never trains anyone's model. Every question, draft and file opened is logged per user and per case.

How is this priced?

Per case, not per seat. A flat platform fee covers unlimited users and hosting. Demand letters and medical bills summaries are a fixed price each. What the AI does on a case is billed at cost plus a small margin, itemized by case. So nearly all of it is billed to the client, who pays it back at settlement. No setup fee.

Does it handle billed vs. paid for medical specials?

Yes. The medical bills summary lists every charge: what was billed, what was paid, what was written off and what's still owed. Insurer payments come straight from the EOBs, so the specials exhibit is ready in whatever form your jurisdiction requires.

What does "cited to the page" mean?

Every fact in a chronology or a letter links to the page in your case files it came from. Click it and that page opens beside the draft. Nothing is stated that can't be checked.

Will the letters sound like us?

LexVant learns from letters your firm has already sent. Drafts follow your structure and tone; attorneys edit in place and export to Word on your own template.

What happens if we leave?

Your files never left your systems. Unplug, and the AWS account, its data and its logs stay yours.
